These following candidates are selected as STANDBY and arranged in the order of merit for the post of Goods Guard, Jr. Acct. Assistant cum Typist and Sr. Clerk cum Typist only. The following STANDBY candidates will be provisionally recommended for appointment to the above posts only when required by the indenting unit on account of medical invalidation or rejection on any other grounds of already recommended candidates or for any other reasons in the exigency of the administration. It is reminded here that as per para 1.07.02 of CEN No. 03/2015 and this RRB Notice dated 27.10.2017, there is no STANDBY for Commercial Apprentice, Traffic Apprentice and Assistant Station Master.

It is to be noted that the candidates in the STANDBY list have no claim for appointment in railways as matter of right. It is also mentioned here that candidates in the STANDBY list will be recommended for the post of Jr. Accounts Assistant /Sr. Clerk, only if they are qualified in the Typing Skill Test.
